Augustów, due to its picturesque location among clean lakes and trees of the Augustów Forest, is an ideal place for water expeditions. The Augustów catamaran fleet offers cruises in the Rospuda Valley (40 PLN/person) or following the Papal Route (60 PLN/person). If you prefer longer cruise, you may choose the 4-hour cruise to Swoboda (70 PLN/person), the 6-hour cruise to Gorczyca (100 PLN/person) or even an all-day cruise to Paniewo (150 PLN/person). Children under 3 are free of charge.

It is also possible to rent the entire catamaran for integration parties, and hen or stag parties.

From the deck of a boat, you can admire beauty of the lakes, irrespective of the weather. Exclusive vessels provide guests with full comfort. They are also adapted to transport disabled passengers.

Since 2014, a styled historic Yotvingian boat has been seen on Augustów lakes. During the cruise on the 'Jaćwież' boat, down the Rospuda Valley, you can make a time travel to the days when the area of the Augustów Forest was ruled by the Yotvingian tribes – you will be acquainted with their history and clothing and learn how people lived in those days.

An alternative to the catamarans are stylized 11-passenger gondolas. On customers’ request cruises can be organized to the most picturesque areas of the Augustów Lake District. Currently, the most popular cruises go to the Rospuda Valley (25 PLN/adults, 15 PLN/children) and along the Papal Route to Studzieniczne Lake (50 PLN/adults, 40 PLN/children). The cost of renting the entire gondola is about 140 PLN per hour (route to be agreed upon).
