Opening hours:

October - April: Monday to Friday at 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

May, September: Monday to Friday at 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, during weekends at 10:00 am - 3:00 pm

June: Monday to Friday a 8:00 am -  6:00 pm, during weekends at 10:00 am – 6:00 pm

July - August: Monday to Friday a 8:00 am - 8:00 pm, during weekends at 9:00 am – 8:00 pm

The Tourist Information Centre staff provides professional assistance and information about Augustów and the surrounding area. Tourists will find brochures and information leaflets regarding tourist attractions in the region, accommodation, food, city maps, maps of bike trails and kayak trails. You can also buy here souvenirs, maps and guidebooks about the region.

 MPR – Cyclist-Friendly Place

Tourist Information Centre has been recommended as a MPR - Cyclist-Friendly Place on the Green Velo Eastern Cycle Trail.
This means that we have passed positively verification procedure conducted by the auditors of the Green Velo Trail. Our facility is cyclist-friendly and we offer dedicated services for cyclists.
